DAY 1 | ARRIVAL & EXPLORATION Morning : depart Mindelo for a scenic ferry ride to Santo Antão, with stunning ocean views. Arrival in Porto Novo : meet your guide and travel along the rugged southern coastline, admiring the spectacular cliffs and volcanic landscape. Afternoon : visit the Ribeira das Patas area , with its unique rock formations and picturesque scenery. Check into your accommodation and relax. Evening : Dinner at a local restaurant with traditional Cape Verdean dishes. DAY 2 | CRATER COVA AND PAUL VALLEY Morning : Drive up to Cova Crater and enjoy panoramic views of the lush volcanic caldera. Hiking : Begin the descent into the beautiful Paul Valley , crossing terraced fields, sugarcane plantations and traditional villages. Lunch : enjoy a hearty Cape Verdean meal in the valley. Afternoon : continue exploring the valley trails, visiting local distilleries to sample the famous grogue (local rum). Evening : Return to your accommodation for a well-deserved rest.
